Refund & Return Policy

At Erisvi, we take pride in crafting jewelry from authentic meteorites and premium 925 sterling silver. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • In its original packaging with all tags, pouches, or certificates included

  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Items purchased on sale or with a final sale discount

  • Gift cards

To start a return, email contact@erisvi.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item)

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@erisvi.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will provide a replacement or full refund for damaged or defective items caused by our error.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card account

  • Contact your payment provider
